Mrs Paula Tsakiridis is our Customer Feedback Manager.

Paula has been working with Nationwide Towing and Transport for 3 years. She has over 7 years experience with RACV handling motor relations, Insurance relations and customer enquiries

Paula provides a professional level of service to all customers through receiving and managing customer telephone enquires/written or emails in line with established company standards, meeting their needs and providing a resolution in a timely manner.

She also conducts the internal SAI GOLBAL audits for Quality Assurance, handles all concerns relating to RACV members, RACV/IMA Insurance, Machinery Customers, Trade Customers, Cash sale customers, Councils, Victoria Police and all internal complaints/concerns within the organization.
