Mr Neale Chittenden is our Operations Manager and is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring that towing services to RACV members are provided in a timely and competent manner. Neale joined NTT over three years ago, prior to this he spent two years as the National Customer Care Manager for Primus Telecom and before that seven years with RACV in the Automotive Services Division.

During his seven years with RACV he worked in various management roles within Assistance Services, the last two and a half years as the Manager of Assistance Services.
