Business Continuity Plan

Nationwide Towing & Transport P/L has developed a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan. We recognise that it is essential for all of our customers that we have contingency plans that will ensure our ability to continue to provide service.

Our plans cover minor emergencies such as temporary loss of power through to significant events such as inability to operate from our corporate headquarters in Blackburn.

Nationwide Towing and Transport has proven over many years that it consistently meets and exceeds KPI’s set by its customers.

Reporting

We are able to generate a significant number of reports from within our Tow Manager system that allows us to monitor our performance.

We can produce regular reports from our systems that will enable monitoring of KPI’s and also provide information that will allow us to work closely with customers to finetune processes and procedures in order to drive efficiency gains within both businesses.
